The purpose of the committee is to form a body that will take decisions on behalf of the club. The committee will be re-elected on a yearly basis at the AGM before the start of each season. The duties of the committee include:

Agreeing the purchase of future kit

Ensuring fair team-selection procedures

Evaluation of the club

Financial reporting

Decision making on behalf of the club

Roles, responsibilities, and duties of the above

Fixture/Club Secretary - Liaison with opposition; arrange fixtures; scoring and statistics; assessing availability for matches

Club Treasurer - All things financial; Accounts; receipt of funds; approval of expenditure

Club Captain - Responsible for on-field conduct of team and tactics; jointly responsible with secretary for raising a team

Vice Captain - Assumes captaincy duties above in absence of captain. 2nd in command!!!

Club President - Responsible for collating man of the match votes; collating votes for end of season awards; handing out trophies; collecting trophies in; and organising tour itineraries. This position cannot be held for two consecutive seasons
